Well, this is it: my first, last and only Regency era romance.
It is likely my very last romance as well. Just for fun and for those of you who remember Rannulf and Rowena from Winter's Heat, I went back to their line to finish off my career. This book is about Lucien Hollier, Lord Graceton — Rannulf's great-something grandson. He's met his match in poor, put-upon Cassandra Marston, nee Conningsby. It's a story of a card-sharping beauty, a meddling, matching-making aunt, a noble kidnapper, illicit lovemaking, a bankrupt knight (both financially and morally) a humiliated earl, and a forced and degraded marriage. Can't get much better than that!
